What is Nico & The Shoppers?
A marketplace to buy and sell handmade goods from real people: prints, pins, ceramics, plushies and much more, straight from the makers.
How much does it cost? Is it free?
Signing up and using the site are free. At launch there is no commission on sales.
How do I sell an item?
Sign up, hit "Sell", upload photos and details of your item, and publish the listing.
How do I buy an item?
Open the listing, contact the seller via messages and agree on the deal: the transaction happens directly between you.
How do payments work? Is it safe?
Payments happen directly between buyer and seller, off the platform. Use traceable methods and beware of suspicious requests: Nico & The Shoppers does not handle payments and is not an escrow.
How do I contact a seller?
From the listing page, with the Message button.
How do reviews work?
After a completed sale, buyer and seller can leave each other a review.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is arranged directly between the parties: the platform does not handle it.
What are the global chat and the Bacheca?
The global chat is the community's public room; the Bacheca are official notices from the staff.
How do I report a user or content?
Use the report buttons on listings, messages and reviews: moderators will review them.
What languages is it available in?
Italian and English. You can switch language at any time.
